Mac in the Box

I never really cared for the Macintoshes so much. They were expensive, proprietary, but DAMN if they didn’t LOOK good.

Well, I think they have topped themselves, in all their G4 glory with the G4 PowerMac Cube. They have crammed a G4 into an 8″ cube, and DAMN. It looks sweet! I can’t wait for the PC-clones to come out.

Unfortunately, the PC world has something called “standards” to abide by. Mac doesn’t run into this problem because they can, since they make their own proprietary hardware, do whatever they want. So, they can look nice all they want. PCs have to build ugly things out of standard pieces. But they are cheaper.
